The event will be held in Rio de Janeiro from February 13th to 15th, during which Klabin executives will participate in two special sessions
São Paulo – Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of paper for packaging and sustainable solutions in paper packaging, Klabin is participating in the 6th annual “Global sustainable technology and innovation community” (G-Stic), co-organized by Fiocruz in Rio de Janeiro from February 13th to 15th. With the theme “For an equitable and sustainable future: innovative technological solutions for a better post-pandemic recovery”, the three-day conference will bring together global thought leaders in science, technology and innovation, who will debate the pillars of this edition: Health, Education, Water, Energy, Climate and Biodiversity.
The 6th G-Stic conference will feature two special sessions during which Klabin executives will share their experiences and information about the sustainability and innovation projects implemented by the Company. On February 13th at 3 p.m., Francisco Razzolini, Director of Industrial Technology, Innovation, Sustainability and Projects at Klabin, will participate in the Special Session “UN Global Compact Companies”, which will discuss “Responsible practices and solutions to address environmental and societal goals and accelerate the SDGs”. On February 14th at 4:30 p.m., Germano Andrade Siqueira, New Business consultant at Klabin, will participate in the Special Session “Sustainable chemical and materials products of the future from biomass.”
